| Enrolment Forms For youth activities we are required to get a new enrolment form, signed by a parent, for every new activity (each time you make a new booking it is a new activity). This is a requirement by our insurance company, and while we understand that it seems crazy completing multiple enrolment forms each season, we have no choice in this matter. |

enrolment; Youth activities enrolment form This form should be used for all youth enrolments except for students attending with their school. This form includes a parent information page on required equipment and clothing for group activities. Adult activities enrolment form This form is for all adult activties. An information sheet on what to wear and bring on the day of the lesson is below. What to Bring This sheet is advice on what to wear and bring on the day of your private lesson. School group enrolment form This form should be used for anyone attending sailing as part of a school group activity. Payment form For faxed or posted credit card details and for posted cheques.
